HOW TO GET TO COCO BEACH

From Daniel Oduber International Ariport in Liberia, Guanacaste:

Take a flight to Daniel Oduber International Airport (Airport code LIR) in Liberia, Guanacaste. Air Canada, Air Transat, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, United and US Airways all fly to Liberia from the United States and Canada. From there, you can rent a car or come by taxi. Turn right once you get to the main road and you will drive about 22 miles in total to get to Playas del Coco. Drive past the villages of Guardia and Comunidad, then turn right at the "Do it Center" and follow the road signs for Playas del Coco.

From Juan Santamaria International Airport in Alajuela:

Take a flight to Juan Santamaria International Airport in Alajuela (Airport code SJO). From there, you can rent a car or take a domestic flight to Daniel Oduber International Airport. We strongly suggest you take a domestic flight. Sansa and Nature Air operate daily flights to and from SJO and LIR.

HOW TO GET TO VISTAMARINA FROM COCO BEACH

Once you get to El Coco, you'll see that the road you've been on becomes a boulevard, that is, that there is a narrow island with vegetation separating the cars that are going from the ones that are coming. On that spot you'll see a monument with an anchor. That's where you'll turn left. From then on, follow the Vistamarina signs. If you get lost, call us at 2670-1017. If you don't have a cellular phone, find a public phone and dial 110. Follow the instructions. This will help you place a free call to us.
